Job summary

STL Logistics is hiring Warehouse Pickers for night shifts in Limerick. You will locate and prepare goods for shipment, using RF scanners and paper pick lists. Roles involve meeting daily quotas, maintaining accuracy, and following safety guidelines.

Shifts run 16:00–00:00 or 00:00–08:00, with emphasis on inventory control and timely order processing to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend and lift.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning hardware.
• Precise in matching product codes, SKUs and quantities.
• Able to count items quickly and accurately.
• Capable of working efficiently under tight shipping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick products using paper pick lists or RF scanners.
• Inspect items for damage or labeling accuracy during picking.
• Report stock discrepancies and low inventory levels to supervisors.
• Safely operate hand trucks or order pickers (ride-on forklifts).
• Meet daily picking quotas, speed metrics and accuracy targets.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements and lifting techniques.

Job Description

STL is currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Pickers (Nights) across 2 locations in Limerick.The Warehouse Picker safely navigates the warehouse environment to locate, select, and prepare goods for shipment. This role directly impacts inventory accuracy, order processing speed, and overall customer satisfaction. The hours of work with be 16.00-00.00 or 00.00-08.00.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Retrieval: Locate and pick products using paper pick lists, RF scanners
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, defects, or incorrect labelling during the picking process.
• Inventory Management: Report stock discrepancies, low inventory levels, or misplaced items to supervisors.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, or order pickers (ride-on forklifts).
• Target Management: Meet daily picking quotas, speed metrics, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements and lifting techniques.
