Job summary

Dawn Meats is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our production site at Carrolls Cross, Co. Waterford. You will manage logistics administration, export documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and cold stores.

Ideal candidates will have strong administration skills, be highly organised, and possess excellent communication and time management abilities to operate in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with team across logistics, sales and finance.
• Processing export shipping documentation daily.
• Co-ordinating export loads, booking cold store slots, freight forwarders, vets.
• Ensure stock is allocated to orders to fulfil shipping schedules.
• Liaising with account managers and haulage agents on logistics matters.
• Telesales & Customer Support.
• Purchase order generation and general admin support.
• Liaise with Planning scheduler re stock/shipping timeline requirements.
• Managing internal and external cold store movements.

Role Summary:

We are currently seeking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to join the team at our production site in Carrolls Cross, Co. Waterford.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with all members of the team in the logistics, sales and finance functions.
• Processing export shipping documentation daily.
• Co-ordinating export loads, booking cold store slots, freight forwarders, vets.
• Ensure stock is allocated to orders to fulfil shipping schedules.
