Job summary

Logiskills Group in Shannon is seeking an experienced Local Account Manager to join our busy freight forwarding team. You will manage a portfolio of local customer accounts, build strong relationships, and coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth shipments.

The ideal candidate will have freight forwarding experience, strong account-management and customer-facing skills, and be highly organised to handle multiple accounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Previous experience in an account management or customer-facing logistics role
• Strong knowledge of international freight operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness with negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
