Job summary

The Logiskills Group in Limerick is seeking a Senior Air Freight Forwarder to manage international air freight import and export shipments from booking to delivery.

You will prepare MAWBs/HAWBs, liaise with airlines, customers, overseas agents and customs, monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers, while contributing to accurate data in the systems and strong service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in air freight or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight import/export procedures.
• Experience with MAWBs, HAWBs and shipping documentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
