The ideal candidate will have freight forwarding experience, strong account-management and customer-facing skills, and be highly organised to handle multiple accounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Previous experience in an account management or customer-facing logistics role
• Strong knowledge of international freight operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness with negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of local customer accounts
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipments
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Prepare quotes and support commercial activity
