Job summary

Mars Capital is seeking a diligent loan-servicing administrator based in Dublin. The role involves handling internal post, mailbox management, and routine loan administration tasks, supporting mortgage statements and profiles.

You will QA outputs and ensure compliance with risk controls. The ideal candidate has prior loan servicing or banking experience, excellent communication, and strong detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing or banking is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support outputs.

Responsibilities

• Process internal physical post including cheque payments.
• Mailbox management across a variety of mailboxes, both internal and external.
• Progress customer lettering requirement aligned to inbound/outbound post and email requests.
• General loan administration such as issuing mortgage statements, redemption statements and updating profiles
• Performing QA on colleagues’ outputs to align with the four-eye process for manual lettering and system amendments where other team members perform this role.
• Work within agreed metrics, for all operational and customer requirements, including meeting agreed targets and service level agreements
• Consistently records incidents immediately on detection of errors and engages with Risk Partner / Risk Owner to resolve where required.
• Displays awareness of the MCFID risk and control environment, engaging proactively with colleagues and management to identify and mitigate risk.
• Ensure all company processes and procedures are carried out within appropriate timeframes.
