Job summary

Engage People Recruitment in Dublin seeks a Bank Debt Operations Associate to own the full lifecycle of bank loan investments, working with investment, operations and accounting teams in a collaborative environment.

The role covers administration and oversight of bank loan investments, including trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, interest accruals, payments, and lifecycle events, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in bank loan asset servicing or loan operations.
• Strong experience with loan administration, including interest/principal payments and cash and position reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Credit Agreements, funding memos, agent notices and LSTA/LMA documentation.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, investigate and escal…

• Experience with Geneva would be highly beneficial.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global alternative investment manager in Dublin as a Bank Debt Operations Associate

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced loan operations professional to join a sophisticated investment platform and take ownership of the full lifecycle of bank loan investments, working closely with investment, operations and accounting teams in a highly collaborative environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for the administration and operational oversight of bank loan investments, including:

• Managing the full trade lifecycle across bank loan transactions.
• Performing daily cash and position reconciliations.
• Tracking and applying interest accruals and rate resets.
• Processing interest and principal payments.
