Job summary

Live Nation Ireland's 3Arena in Dublin seeks a proactive Event Manager to lead planning, execution, and wrap-up of a diverse entertainment calendar for up to 14,000 patrons per night. As part of a small event management team, you will be the on-site point of contact for promoters and production staff, coordinating safety, ticketing, and logistics.

The role requires familiarity with Irish health and safety laws, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work non-traditional hours across nights

Qualifications

• Solid event management experience in mid-to-large venues.
• Experience with live music tours, sports broadcasts, and family shows.
• Knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
• Ability to manage large crowds and handle emergencies calmly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ticketing platforms, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with security teams to meet rider requirements.
• Coordinate with Ticketmaster and promoters to manage ticketing.
• Ensure venue is clean and ready for each event.
• Collaborate with authorities to plan crowd and traffic management.
• Produce risk assessments and post-show cost reports.
• Manage on-site staff and brief event-day personnel.
• Resolve seating issues and customer complaints.
• Process supplier invoices and assist Finance as needed.
