Consulting Vanuatu Limited in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-3+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload across courts, draft pleadings, and liaise with counsel. Our Client is a mid - sized, but growing law firm based in Dublin City Centre.

Salary: to €85k

Duties:

• Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
• Working on a varied caseload to include, cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases amongst others
• Working with with Partners across a range of litigation matters
• Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation. These roles are client facing roles.
• Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
• Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
• Networking and Business Development duties.

The Candidate:

• 2-3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
• A track record of working on large scale cases
• Open to business / client development opportunities
• Experience in a mid sized firm would be a plus
