Prospects is representing a well-established Dublin boutique law firm seeking an experienced Solicitor with a focus on litigation and conveyancing. The role offers control over a substantive caseload, high client contact and autonomy within a close-knit team.

You will manage own matters across debt recovery, general commercial or civil litigation, and residential conveyancing, with strong emphasis on sound judgment and practical, client-focused advice.

Qualifications

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded boutique law firm in Dublin is looking to add an experienced Solicitor to its team within the area of Litigation & Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working in a smaller, close-knit environment and is looking for a role offering a high degree of responsibility, client contact and autonomy.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a strong litigation background, together with the ability and willingness to manage residential conveyancing files.

The Role

The successful candidate will have a broad and varied role, with a significant focus on litigation and conveyancing and responsibility for managing their own matters and clients.

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be particularly advantageous:

• Debt recovery
• General commercial or civil litigation

Experience in these specific areas is not essential. The key requirement is solid litigation experience and the ability to demonstrate sound legal judgement, strong analytical skills and an aptitude for managing matters independently.

The Candidate

• Experienced Solicitor, 2 years’ minimum PQE
• Has solid litigation experience and is comfortable managing their own caseload.
• Has experience or demonstrable competence in residential conveyancing.
• Is comfortable dealing directly with clients and managing matters from inception through to completion.
• Has a strong independent work ethic and is capable of taking ownership of their workload.
• Is personable, approachable and has a warm, engaging personality.
• Is commercially minded and able to provide practical, client-focused advice.
• Would enjoy working within a small boutique firm, where everyone plays an important role and there is significant responsibility.
• Ideally has experience working in a firm of a similar size and structure.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the variety that comes with working in a smaller firm, wants meaningful client contact and is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
