Job summary

Zoom's Workvivo is seeking a Global Head of Solutions Engineering in Dublin to lead and scale a high-performing, AI-driven Solutions Engineering organization. You will partner with Sales and GTM leaders to guide prospects through their journey and demonstrate platform value throughout the sales cycle.

You will influence product strategy, drive revenue outcomes with executive stakeholders, and represent Workvivo as an AI thought leader within the Zoom family.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering leadership within SaaS/enterprise tech.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success scaling high-growth Solutions Engineering teams.
• Experience architecting GTM strategies via platform expansions and AI-driven shifts.
• Shared accountability with Sales for revenue targets.
• Global leadership across regions and customer segments.
• Deep expertise in cloud, SaaS, and AI with business-outcome focus.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic, execution-focused leadership with team development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve AI-focused GTM strategy with Sales/Marketing leadership.
• Accelerate pipeline, wining account strategies, and revenue expansion.
• Lead and scale a globally distributed Solutions Engineering org.
• Transform value demonstrations with product demos and technical storytelling.
