Job summary
John Sisk & Son Ltd in Limerick is seeking a Project Manager to lead Life Science construction packages from pre-construction to handover. You will manage safety, budget, programme, and quality while directing multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
The role requires strong experience in Tier 1 construction, familiarity with regulatory standards, and ability to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects in Tier 1 environments.
- Relevant health and safety certification (Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction function.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure resources are effectively allocated and project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain accurate reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional development.
