Qualifications

• Significant Life & Pensions industry experience essential.
• Proven track record at senior technology leadership level (Director/Head of IT/CIO/CTO or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technology strategy across the Life & Pensions business.
• Provide leadership across technology delivery, applications, architecture, engineering and transformation.
• Lead modernisation and evolution of technology platforms and services.
• Ensure technology strategy aligns with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee complex technology programmes from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Drive improvements across legacy platforms, data and integration, and automation.
