Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Letterkenny, Ireland, is hiring for a permanent Customer Service role supporting Life and Pensions clients. The position involves an 8-hour rotation between 8AM and 6PM, Monday–Friday, with a strong focus on accurate administration and delivering excellent service.

You’ll join a collaborative team of over 100 professionals, using CRM and admin systems to meet SLAs, handle complex queries, and develop professional relationships within the Tata network.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate Ordinary Level or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use multiple computer systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer demands via inbound/outbound calls and channels.
• Maintain accurate administration and support service delivery.
• Meet SLAs/KPIs and contribute to first point resolution.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
