Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading Life & Pensions insurer in Donegal for a Complaints & Error Resolution Specialist. You will investigate customer complaints within a regulated environment and guide customers through the resolution process.

The role offers full-time in-office for six months, then hybrid 2 days in office and 3 days remote after probation, with training and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Insurance/Financial Services with client servicing or complaint handling.
• Experience in Life & Pensions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints received through emails or over the phone or other channels.
• Guide customers through the complaint journey, clearly explaining processes and timelines.
• Assess complaints and service issues.
• Identify underlying causes of customer dissatisfaction and determine investigation and resolution.
• Investigate operational errors, process breakdowns and customer-impacting incidents
• Develop a strong understanding of Life & Pensions products, processes and systems
