Qualifications

• APA or QFA designation (Institute of Bankers).
• 2 years of experience in insurance/financial services in client servicing or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints through emails, phone, or other channels.
• Guide customers through the complaint journey with clear processes and timelines.
• Assess complaints and service issues.
• Identify underlying causes of dissatisfaction and determine investigation and resolution.
• Investigate operational errors, process breakdowns and customer-impacting incidents.
• Develop understanding of Life & Pensions products, processes and systems.
