Job summary

Laya Healthcare in Cork is seeking a Life Insurance Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on providing tailored life insurance advice, handling inbound sales inquiries, and outbound engagement to support the Life Insurance portfolio.

You will work in a hybrid model within the Life Department, reporting to the Life Insurance Team Leader. The position emphasises customer-focused service, target attainment and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Proven ability to meet targets in a sales environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored life insurance advice and recommendations to customers.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing members and potential customers.
• Engage with members to support cross-sell opportunities and growth.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communications.
• Respond to queries via phone and email.
• Participate in QA programmes and ongoing training.
