The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options and requires occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar work environment dealing with customers.
• Experience within the insurance industry would be an advantage.
• CIP or ACII qualification completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephone-based support to customers on general insurance.
• Respond to customer queries regarding home and motor insurance.
• Retain current customers and meet business targets.
