Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator in Ireland for an initial 6-month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on life and pensions administration within a highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an APA or QFA qualification and have experience in life and pensions, investments, or related financial services administration, delivering accurate work to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer life, pensions, investments and protection-related transactions.
• Manage customer and adviser requests from receipt through to completion.

• Liaise with advisers, brokers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to queries and resolve administration issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly.
• Follow established processes and risk framework.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with scope for the contract to be extended.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified financial services professional with experience in life and pensions administration to join a well-established and highly regulated organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and administer life, pensions, investments and protection-related transactions.
• Manage customer and adviser requests from receipt through to completion.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs.
• Review documentation and information to ensure it meets required standards.
• Liaise with financial advisers, brokers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to queries and resolve administration issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage escalations and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are updated appropriately.
• Identify and escalations and follow through to resolution.
• Follow established processes, procedures and the organisation's risk and control framework.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

About You

The successful candidate must have an APA or QFA qualification and will ideally have:

• Previous experience in life and pensions, investments, insurance or financial services administration.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, life assurance and/or investment products.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working to SLAs, productivity targets and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
