Job summary

ARM International in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with Lending domain expertise for a 12-month contract. The role involves engaging with business users, documenting requirements, and collaborating with architects and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Work is Dublin-based with three onsite days per week. The candidate should understand lending lifecycles, vendor and stakeholder engagement, and be comfortable with workshops, BRDs, and user stories.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Lending domain with end-to-end lending lifecycle (lead management, loan origination, loan management and servicing, collateral management and delinquency handling)
• Familiarity with retail and corporate banking products such as Personal Loans, Mortgages, Vehicle Loans, Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Working Capital, Bill Discounting, Trade Finance

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to define scope, understand processes and pain areas
• Identify stakeholders and analyze how they are affected
• Support risk identification and mitigation approaches
• Participate in client requirement workshops and propose high-level resolutions within project scope
• Prepare BRDs, User Stories, Logs, and Workflows; stay involved until client sign-off
• Contribute to Solution design with Design and Development teams; maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience
• Conduct research to support development of comprehensive solutions
• Support User Acceptance Testing for major developments in the domain
• Assist in producing collateral such as User Guides and SOP Documents
