Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin city centre is seeking a Business Analyst to support HR and technology initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into functional specs, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

You will work with local SMEs, HRIS and project teams to streamline processes, support testing and go‑lives, and ensure timely completion of project tasks. This is a 4‑day onsite role with a day-rate contract through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR, technology, or process‑driven projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to develop clear process and requirements documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications and process documentation.
• Identify gaps between business needs and proposed technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and keep workstreams progressing.
• Assist regional SMEs in aligning processes with standardized/global standards.
• Track and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Support testing cycles, go‑live preparation, and post‑production stabilization.
