Homesavers is seeking a hands-on Retail Team Leader to drive day-to-day retail operations and support retail leaders in delivering excellent store performance. You will lead the store team, manage stock and displays, and ensure high standards of customer service and security.

Key duties include opening/closing, till accuracy, stock replenishment, and staff training. The role requires reliable, flexible availability and experience in leading a retail team in a customer-facing environment.

Retail Team Leader is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day retail operations along with supporting retail leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the store team to:

• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
