Homesavers in Carlow is seeking a hands-on Retail Team Leader to run day-to-day retail operations and support retail leaders. The role focuses on leading the store team to keep stock replenished, displays tidy, and product availability high, while ensuring smooth deliveries and accurate till procedures.

You will open and close the store, supervise shifts, train new staff, and drive adherence to procedures. Retail experience is an advantage for this role in a fast-paced environment.

Retail Team Leader is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day retail operations along with supporting retail leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the store team to:

• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
