Job summary

Homesavers is seeking a Retail Team Leader to oversee day-to-day retail operations and support store leaders. The role is hands-on and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth store performance.

You will lead the store team in stock replenishment, merchandising, deliveries, stock checks, and closing procedures, training new staff, and upholding security and till controls. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the store team to:

• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team
