Job summary

Carr Golf in Naas, Co. Kildare, is hiring for a new multi‑leisure facility. We are seeking full‑ and part‑time Operations Assistants to support daily operations for a venue with a cafe, driving range, pitch and putt, and padel courts.

You will oversee opening/closing, customer service, cash handling, and help with food preparation and stock management to ensure a safe, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• 1 year experience with Food Handling desirable.
• Yes I Can Attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange golf balls, tees and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas.

Carr Golf is a market leading golf services company specialising in providing tailored business development solutions to client, leased and operated golf clubs to drive their businesses forward. We currently wish to recruit Full and Part time Operations Assistants,for a new and exciting multi leisure facility based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

When fully operational our state of the art facility will feature a licensed cafe with outdoor seating, driving range, pitch and putt, floodlight football pitches and padel courts.

As an Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the smooth functioning and efficiency of the driving range and other facilities on the site. This role involves hands-on operational tasks, customer service, Food & Beverage and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Open and close the facility as per operating hours.
• Set up and arrange golf balls, tees, and other necessary equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas.
• Follow company Standard operating procedures
• Accept customer reservations

F&B Operations

• Oversee quality and efficient food and beverage service to driving range customers.
• To maintain food standards and cleanliness according to procedures
• To work in a clean and tidy environment
• To assist in food preparation
• Monitor/Manage F&B stock orders

Customer Service

• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide information about a range of services.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor customer activities, offering assistance and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Cash Handling

• Process customer payments accurately and provide receipts.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• 1-years of Customer Service Experience
• 1-year experience with Food Handling is desirable
• Yes I Can Attitude
