Job summary
Carr Golf is seeking a capable Team Leader for our new multi-activity leisure facility in Naas, Co. Kildare. You will manage daily operations, guide staff, deliver excellent customer experiences, and oversee F&B and safety programs to ensure a memorable visit for guests.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in hospitality or customer service management, proven staff supervision skills, and a hands-on approach to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in hospitality, leisure, or customer service management.
- Proven track record in supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
- Experience in F&B service including stock management and hygiene standards.
- Strong background in delivering high-quality customer journeys in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling cash, bookings, and tills reconciliation.
- Technical competence in booking systems, POS, and customer service platforms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff to ensure roles are carried out to standard.
- Oversee customer journey from arrival to departure.
- Open and close facility per operating hours.
- Manage F&B operations and stock levels.
- Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence.
- Assist with inventory management and cash handling.
