Newtown Park Hotel Leisure Club in Ireland's Leinster region is seeking a full-time Leisure Club Assistant & Swim Coach. The role combines fitness instruction, swim teaching, and member engagement to elevate guest wellbeing.

You will deliver PT sessions, supervise swimming lessons, and maintain high safety and hygiene standards while driving membership growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Gym Instructor Certification is required.
• Qualified Swim Instructor Certification is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Professional and approachable manner; strong teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Support and motivate gym users, ensuring equipment is used safely and effectively.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design tailored exercise programmes.
• Deliver personal training sessions and help members achieve their fitness goals.
• Teach swimming lessons to a high standard across various ages and abilities.
• Assist with pool supervision and complete water testing procedures.
• Promote Leisure Club memberships and contribute to member retention and growth.

Leisure Club Assistant & Swim Coach

Newtown Park Hotel Leisure Club is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-focused fitness professional to join our growing team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who wants to build their career in personal training while also making a positive impact through swim teaching and member engagement.

Our leisure club features a fully equipped gym with cardiovascular and resistance equipment, free weights, functional training spaces, and an indoor heated swimming pool with a dedicated children's pool.

The Role

As a key member of our Leisure Club team, you'll help create an outstanding experience for our members and hotel guests while inspiring people to improve their health, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
