Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest are hiring a Leisure Bookings Advisor to help guests plan and book activities and hire equipment. You’ll support the leisure spaces, handle bookings, and assist guests with queries in a friendly, can-do tone.

The role is part-time with a guaranteed 120 hours over 4 weeks and includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You will work on-site at Longford Forest, with benefits including day passes, facility access, staff discounts and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly, warm attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable using IT systems and software.

Leisure Bookings Advisor

Longford
Forest | €14.35 per hour

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity. You'll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
