Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Guest Services Shift Manager to oversee daily guest services operations and arrivals. The role requires coaching the team, resolving guest issues promptly and ensuring compliance with company policies to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of €19.96 and a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period, with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs. Sunday premium payments apply.

Your working hours

Full-time contract

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
