Center Parcs Ltd is seeking a Guest Services Assistant for Longford Forest in Ireland. The role involves greeting guests at check-in, assisting with inquiries, and helping with activity bookings to ensure a smooth stay.

It offers a warm, welcoming environment, the chance to use booking systems, and gradual training. A part-time contract with variable hours is described, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Guest Services Assistant

Longford Forest | €15.11 per hour

Start every break with a warm welcome

From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.

What you'll be doing

• Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village

• Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 or 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
