Job summary

Total Talent is recruiting an experienced Area Relationship Manager to join our team in Ireland. You will develop regional sales strategies, grow existing accounts, and identify new opportunities within residential and commercial construction across Leinster.

You will build and nurture relationships with developers, contractors, architects, QS and procurement teams, promoting premium construction materials and value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional sales and construction materials preferred.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow revenue in Leinster.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within residential and commercial construction.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, architects, quantity surveyors and procurement teams.
• Promote premium construction materials and value-added solutions across the region.
• Provide consultative sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project pipelines for growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and market intelligence.
• Represent the organisation at customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.
