Job summary

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking a full-time Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee cyclical, planned and reactive maintenance across Leinster housing stock. The role is based in Blanchardstown with hybrid working and travel across Leinster.

Reporting to the Regional Asset Manager, you will manage a 2–5 person maintenance team, ensure statutory compliance, supervise procurement, and collaborate with contractors and Local Authorities to maintain safe, compliant homes.

Qualifications

• NFQ Level 7 qualification in property, engineering or construction.
• NFQ Level 6 in electrical/construction/engineering trade acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years in asset management, facilities management or maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team in asset management or maintenance.
• Full, clean Class B EU driver’s licence.
• Experience in procurement of services/materials.
• Membership of asset management professional organisation desirable.
• Experience using CAFM or CRM.
• Conscientious with high attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver cyclical, planned and reactive maintenance for 1800–2100 units.
• Ensure housing meets the Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations 2019; track inspections.
• Assist the Regional Asset Manager in budget delivery and reporting.
• Oversee procurement of services and materials within area of responsibility.
• Develop relationships with Contractors and Local Authorities.
• Support Helpdesk and Stock Condition Survey activities.
• Lead the regional Maintenance Technician team (2–5 staff).
• Ensure Technicians remain qualified and certified.
