Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Project Manager to run projects end to end, coordinating with engineering and Business Technology partners to deliver on programme goals, benefits and customer value.

You will own the project roadmap, manage timelines, risks and change initiatives, maintain accurate status dashboards, collaborate across legal, compliance and vendor teams, and mentor junior contributors in a fast paced environment with a strong emphasis on governance.

Qualifications

• PM certification at PMP or PRINCE2 level with Agile certification.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, product, legal and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with programme priorities and goals.
• Own the project roadmap, coordinating with engineering and Business Technology partners on delivery.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Maintain project and task management systems for accurate status reporting.
• Define, track and report on project benefits and forecast resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, compliance, operations and vendor teams.
• Facilitate clear communication and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Mediate conflicts to maintain momentum and drive delivery.
• Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement; document decisions and lessons learned.
• Support development of junior team members.
