Job summary

Clúid is seeking a Leasing Manager in Dublin to oversee non-residential units across developments, maintaining tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and compliance. The role collaborates with the Asset Management team to ensure consistent management of commercial spaces.

Responsibilities include inspections, liaising with tenants and solicitors, supporting lettings, and maintaining accurate records for reporting. Hybrid working in Dublin is offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in property or lease management, ideally including commercial units.
• Good working knowledge of commercial leases and rent review processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable liaising with tenants, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a tenancy schedule of all commercial units across Clúid developments including lease terms, rent, and contact details.
• Track rent reviews and lease expiry dates to ensure leases are valid and up to date.
• Arrange and carry out regular inspections of commercial units.
• Ensure all tenants have valid insurance and regulatory compliance (Fire Safety Cert, Disability Access Cert, etc).
• Act as main contact for commercial tenants, handling queries and issues.
• Work with Asset Management to flag units needing maintenance or refurbishment.
• Support new lettings of vacant commercial units, liaising with agents and solicitors.
• Keep records up to date for a reliable tenancy schedule and quick data pulls.
• Report to management on the performance and status of the commercial portfolio.
