Le Meas Executive Search partners with a leading global aviation finance business to appoint an AVP – Lease Data in Dublin. The role focuses on owning key fleet data, reporting and analysis to support fleet planning and strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Lease Data, you will interact with OEM, FP&A and Lease Management teams, drive data governance, and present insights to senior stakeholders and Boards. Strong Excel skills and a SOX-aware mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• ACA/ACCA qualification with 2+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Support fleet planning and orderbook optimisation through internal data platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of future aircraft commitments and ensure data governance.
• Manage OEM contract administration, including month-end processes and key deadlines.
• Oversee OEM credit and promotional programmes and data usage.
• Prepare monthly servicing reports for aircraft managed for investors.
• Prepare and present quarterly updates to senior stakeholders and Boards.
• Collaborate with FP&A and OEM teams to provide fleet data insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls and data quality.

Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to be partnering with a leading global aviation finance business as they look to appoint an AVP – Lease Data to their Dublin team.

This is a key role within the Lease Management function, supporting fleet planning, portfolio management and strategic decision-making through high-quality data, reporting and analysis.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Lease Data, you will work closely with teams across OEM, FP&A and Lease Management, taking ownership of key fleet data and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting fleet planning and orderbook optimisation through effective use of internal data platforms.
• Maintaining accurate records of future aircraft commitments, ensuring strong data governance and portfolio visibility.
• Managing OEM contract administration, including month-end processes, contractual obligations and key deadlines.
• Overseeing OEM credit and promotional programmes, ensuring effective management and utilisation.
• Preparing monthly servicing reports for aircraft managed on behalf of third-party investors.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly updates to senior stakeholders and Boards.
• Working closely with FP&A and OEM teams to provide meaningful fleet data insights.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls, data quality and operational efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys working with data and can translate complex information into clear insights.

You will ideally have:

• ACA / ACCA qualification with 2+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment, with a good understanding of governance, risk and internal controls.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams and manage competing requirements.
• Sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex or changing situations independently.
