Job summary

Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) is seeking a Learning & Development Developer to transform programme ideas and SME knowledge into practical, engaging, delivery-ready learning content.

The role is end-to-end: from designing curriculum structures to creating facilitator materials, assessments and digital adaptations, ensuring a high-quality learner experience. You will work with faculty and clients to tailor content for various organisations and industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant L&D or instructional design experience.
• Strong writing, research and content development skills.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles.
• Strong visual and information design skills for slides and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
• WSQ/SWDA curriculum or digital learning experience useful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum frameworks, course and module outlines, learning outcomes and programme structures.
• Create facilitator decks, course notes, participant workbooks, activities, case studies and other learning materials.
• Design assessments, assessment plans and supporting materials where required.
• Work with faculty and subject-matter experts to translate expertise into structured learning content.
• Research and develop Singapore-relevant industry examples and applications.
• Customise SHRI's proprietary programmes for different organisations and learner groups.
• Support curriculum mapping and documentation for accreditation requirements.
• Adapt content for blended and digital learning.
• Review and improve programmes based on feedback from faculty, learners and clients.
• Maintain a consistent standard across SHRI's library of learning content.
