Job summary

ICE Group in Galway is seeking a Pitman Training Learning Coach to support students from enrolment through to certification. You will handle onboarding, progress monitoring, examinations support and centre administration, ensuring a positive learning experience.

The role combines student support, administration, and customer service to help learners achieve their goals and receive professional guidance. A team-based environment with development opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online systems.
• Ability to manage different tasks and meet deadlines.
• Accurate and reliable when maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Set up student accounts, enrolments, modules and registrations using learning systems.
• Coordinate welcome communications, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Deliver student inductions and explain learning platforms and resources.
• Maintain accurate student notes and progress records.
