Job summary

ICE Group is seeking a Pitman Training Learning Coach in Galway to guide students from enrolment through certification. You will handle onboarding, progress monitoring, exam support and customer service, while maintaining records and coordinating scheduling and centre operations.

The role combines administration with student success, and offers development opportunities within a respected training provider.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online systems.
• Ability to manage different tasks and meet deadlines.
• Accurate and reliable when maintaining records.
• Experience in customer service, administration, education or student support is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Onboard students and conduct inductions, using learning systems.
• Monitor progress and respond to student queries and issues.
• Schedule study sessions, inductions and examinations.
• Maintain records and complete routine reporting.
• Support examinations, certificates and completion processes.
• Provide centre and reception support to ensure smooth operations.
