Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within the banking/financial services sector.
• Strong Lean, process improvement, and business transformation experience.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Visio, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

Responsibilities
