Qualifications

• 3+ years hospitality experience in a managerial role.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience leading a team and training staff.
• Proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front-of-house staff and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen on menus, delays and guest needs.
• Manage guest interactions, handle complaints on site.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of front and back-of-house areas.
• Process payments and balance cash and cards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to junior staff.
• Oversee shift planning and adapt to staffing levels.
