Job summary

Aramark Workplace Solutions is recruiting for a Lead Technician (12-month contract) in Dungarvan to support hard services delivery under the IFM Account. The post holder will manage nominated contractors, coordinate front-line on-site team and ensure compliance with safety and GMP requirements.

Reporting to the IFM Account Manager, you will optimise operations, manage audits, schedule training, and cover out-of-hours work as needed to meet SLAs/KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of outsourced service delivery within a high quality, customer facing environment.
• Primary qualification as electrician/electrical technician/engineering background.
• Track record in co-ordinating Hard Services delivery in a customer facing role.
• Experience working on a GMP site.
• Pro-active and flexible approach to customer, client and delivery strategies.
• Demonstrable success in leading front-line operatives and TFM service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage nominated contractors for performance and strategic fit to client operations and delivery to SLA/KPIs.
• Coordinate efficient operation of the front-line technical team onsite.
• Coordinate all Hard Services activities onsite via Aramark team and nominated 3rd party contractors.
• Ensure compliance to safe working practices per Aramark Safety Statement and client EHS requirements.
• Permit management for the technical team and contractor activities.
• Operate on onsite CAFM and PM systems.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with client standards and GMP requirements.
• Perform fault finding and equipment defect analysis.
• Monitor audit systems to ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
• Responsible for training schedules for operational technical staff.
• Flexibility to work out of hours and weekends as needed.
• Perform additional tasks to support the delivery of the TFM contract.
