Job summary

Stripe's Dublin team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a growing group of TPMs and PGMs. You will coach, hire, and develop top talent to drive large, cross‑Stripe programs that enable products to launch safely at scale.

You should have 5+ years of management experience including managing managers, 8+ years in software engineering or technical product management, and a proven ability to coordinate across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience including managing managers.
• 8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management.
• Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and time zones.
• Experience coaching and developing talent across Stripe programs.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage high-performing TPMs and PGMs across multiple locations.
• Define and deliver long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs.
• Define success criteria, delivery plans, and track risks to ensure delivery of complex programs.
• Improve communication and collaboration to boost productivity and efficiency of teams.
