Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Product Deployed Engineer to embed with lighthouse customers across the Agentforce Service Cloud portfolio.

You will own end-to-end delivery from deployment to production hardening, ship fixes into the core product, and turn field learnings into reusable assets for the Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering with enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS, strong Python/JS/Java/Apex skills, and hands-on AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others.
• Hands-on production experience with AI technologies, ML, NLP, and LLMs; ability to diagnose issues and ship fixes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with lighthouse customers across Agentforce Service use cases and get them live in production.
• Own technical delivery end-to-end: architecture decisions, agent logic, integration design, deployment, production validation.
• Resolve blockers at the product level by shipping fixes into the core Agentforce codebase.
• Design and build agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including topics, actions, and tool calls.
• Manage data lifecycle for deployments: knowledge readiness, data modeling, and pipeline design.
• Contribute field learnings and reusable assets to the Agentforce product team.
• Mentor engineers within the pod through code reviews and paired sessions.
