Job summary

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a Technical Product Manager to embed with lighthouse customers across the Agentforce Service Cloud portfolio. You will own end-to-end delivery from deployment to production hardening, shipping fixes into the core product and turning learnings into reusable assets.

You will work with AI technologies, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers, while collaborating with Product & Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with enterprise AI/SaaS.
• Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and others.
• Hands-on AI/ML/NLP experience and Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Agentforce Service Cloud deployments.
• Design architecture, integration, deployment and production validation.
• Ship fixes into core Agentforce codebase, not bespoke workarounds.
• Build agentic systems, orchestration, and data lifecycle management.
• Mentor engineers and uphold coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to close gaps.
• Travel ~25% to embedded customer engineering teams.
