The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, strong leadership and food safety knowledge, and is based in Ireland with the right to work.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
• Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
