Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of applied full-stack engineering experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Strong React expertise with TypeScript and modern patterns.
• Java Spring Boot API development and performance tuning.
• GraphQL schema design, federation, and caching.
• OIDC/OAuth2 implementation and secure sessions.
• Hands-on AWS experience in cloud-native design and deployment.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and AI-assisted tooling adherence.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development with validated outputs.
• Understanding responsible AI use and secure engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST, and AWS services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and enforce engineering standards.
• Drive architecture reviews, define service boundaries, and API contracts.
• Develop secure, production-grade code with thorough reviews and gating.
• Build highly available, scalable services with observability and incident readiness.
• Govern authentication/authorization using OIDC/OAuth2 and service-to-service security.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices with validation standards and reusable patterns.
