Job summary

Glanua in Leinster is seeking a Site Manager to mobilise and demobilise worksites, coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and budget, and supervise day‑to‑day site operations.

You will lead safety and delivery quality, manage plant and materials, review drawings and quantities, and serve as the on‑site contact for stakeholders. A HND in engineering/project management, Safe Pass and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• HND in engineering/project management related qualification.
• Experience within the water/waste water/effluent treatment industry ideally.
• Safe Pass.
• First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise and demobilise worksites.
• Coordinate construction activities to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site activities, including briefings and RAMS.
• Be the on-site contact for all project stakeholders, clients, supplier partners and visitors.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of plant and materials.
• Check drawings and quantities for accuracy.
• Promote safety and delivery quality standards.
• Plan, organise and monitor activities to meet safety, time and quality requirements.
• Report and resolve all site non-conformities.
• Manage costs and control expenditure.
• Forecast and manage supervision and direct labour across worksites.
• Maintain overall ownership and accountability for worksites.
