Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in Kildare wishes to recruit a Site Manager to lead operations on a major construction site. You will be responsible for safety, quality, programming and commercial coordination, working closely with the Project Manager, EHS team and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK on multi-million pound schemes, a construction-related degree and a proactive approach to delivering projects to the highest

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential.
• Construction related Degree is required.
• Minimum of 5-10 years' experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK on £10m+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage site safety and health compliance with the Health and Safety plan and RAMS.
• Oversee QA/QC and ITP implementation, using BIM where applicable.
• Program short-term subcontractor works and monitor progress against the plan.
• Maintain site records, daily diaries, NCRs and ensure quality workmanship.
• Liaise with clients, sub‑contractors, consultants and site staff to maintain smooth project delivery.
• Support the Project Manager and EHS team to uphold JJR standards.
