Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Site Agent to lead on-site delivery of large-scale projects across Ireland. You will oversee setup, coordinate subcontractors and drive safe, efficient execution while maintaining quality and budget targets.

The role demands extensive site leadership experience, strong people management, and deep knowledge of HSEQS practices. Sisk offers a comprehensive rewards package and career development within a family-owned, international group.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical background required.
• IOSH or equivalent health and safety management training.
• Temporary works and excavation safety training.
• Training in permitting for live energy works.
• Training in working at heights and scaffolding.
• Training in lifting and cranage operations.
• Other HSEQS training as per site HSE plan.
• Knowledge of new construction technology systems.
• Understanding of BIM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery from mobilisation to completion.
• Oversee site setup and ensure facilities are ready before project launch.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors on site.
• Ensure HSEQS protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintain quality control procedures and site records.
