Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for our Naas site on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is hands‑on, responsible for safety, quality, productivity and people performance, with the Country Manager absent.

You’ll work a 5am–2pm pattern, five days in seven (45 hours per week), and you must be willing to cover weekends. The environment is fast‑paced manufacturing with a team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery operations.
• Leadership experience within FMCG manufacturing.
• Good IT skills, along with strong communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading an accident‑free, food‑safe culture and ensuring Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Delivering consistent product quality to Krispy Kreme standards and driving HDI performance.
• Managing labour, yield, waste and cost of goods sold; ensuring on‑time delivery and production targets are met.
• Leading, coaching and developing your team; managing recruitment, onboarding and training compliance.
• Conducting regular one‑to‑ones and driving engagement; partnering with HR on employee relations matters.
